What is th difference of Public Limited & Private Limited company??

If Have you noticed, we often see the Company's name is written somewhere ahead Limited  Private Ltd  somewhere  Limited  or  Public Limited  is written  .  Limited  or  PUBLIC Limited  to  confuse  the Need the Same thing to do.

So you know that  Private   and  PUBLIC Limited  Companies, What is the Difference?

If you know the correct answer is a good thing, because even if the question is a very Straight Forward question, but whenever I Have the  GROUP  asked if barely 10-15% of people would know the correct answer. I'll still  Engineering College  Freshers of the  Training  during the  question  was asked the Same old answer. A Gentleman by the  Public Ltd  told the State-Owned Company and the Rest  Private  told .  more often people might think that, Ladies and Gentlemen but, this is the Wrong answer. The correct answer is a bit big straight forward.

PUBLIC Limited  or  Private Limited   stocks due to the Difference What Happens in. If a very  simple Way  to Understand the Take-off of the knot, I see  that the Company is a  Stock Exchange,  Such As  BSE  or  NSE  on the  listed  , she is a  Public Limited Company  will BE.  
notably, if the  listed  even if not also a  PUBLIC Limited  Company may BE. Such As  Coal India Ltd   already has a PUBLIC Company Ltd Just recently on that  stock exchange  on the  List  Have been.

Private Ltd.  The Company's shares are only some FEW people. Which  generally   are the promoters of the Company. Whereas  PUBLIC Limited Company   'S shares Have a Point Note that no One Can Take to the PUBLIC Ltd. Official Company may also like  ONGC, Indian Oil.  and Private Too, Such As  Reliance, Infosys.
